lol its so funny how diff people who answer the Real phones say diff things to people. i got an Indian guy and he called me sir, LMFAO. didnt mention the extra free month, which i dont really care about anyways. and this is what my Real account said immediately after i hung up with him, "Your membership is currently active and, as you requested, will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. You can continue to enjoy your Member benefits at Real Guide until then." so i have until oct. 3 to not watch these boneheads again!!! :laughing8 :laughing8

I canceled my feeds last weekend and no one said anything to be about an extra free month. Infact the woman I talked to (that I could barely understand) said (I think) that my membership has been canceled. I hung up from her and tested it and well it was still working. I then went to check for the email that realone sends you when you cancel and it said I had till 9/20. On 9/20 I will no longer be able to use realone anymore. Not like I care anyway. I have a feeling that the people that work for realone have no idea what is going on since they give different stories to everyone. I find a lot of business have no idea what's going on. Seem to always get the run around whenever I have an issue.
